Investment program (strategy)

Investments in this particular trend are allocated by several types of assets. A certain part is invested in shares of companies in various countries and in different branches of economy. Another part of the assets is invested in bonds of different maturity: debt securities issued by states, municipalities or companies. In order to maintain acceptable liquidity and mitigate risks, investments in bonds may make 60 per cent of total investment.

For better funds management it is possible to invest in companies with variable share capital (SICAV), whose overall investment programme matches the investment programme by this trend. Investments may also be made in money market instruments. For the purpose of risk management and an increase in the yield of investments by this particular trend, investments may be made in financial derivative instruments or commodities markets.

The investment trend is meant for investors aiming at long-term capital gain growth and plan the investment at more than 5-year horizon.
